1 Bed / 1 Bath Condo

From $125/clean

Standard Airbnb turnover cleaning for smaller condos and furnished rentals.

2 Bed / 1 Bath Condo

From $135/clean

Guest-ready turnover cleaning for mid-size short-term rental units.

2 Bed / 2 Bath Condo

From $145/clean

Full Airbnb reset for larger condos, including bathrooms, kitchen, floors, surfaces, and guest-ready presentation.

2–3 Bed / 2–3 Bath Unit

From $165/clean

Recommended for larger condos, townhomes, and higher-capacity short-term rental units with two cleaners.

House / Large Property

$225-$280/clean

For larger homes, multi-floor properties, and more detailed Airbnb turnover needs.

Final pricing may vary based on property condition, layout, laundry, restocking, access, same-day turnover timing, and requested add-ons. Units managed by Housparrow may qualify for preferred cleaning rates, including up to 15% off.
